Return Window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return an eligible item.

Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return:

  • The rug must be in original, unused condition
  • It must be free of stains, dirt, or pet hair
  • It must be in its original packaging
  • Rugs that have been installed, glued, or altered cannot be returned

How to Start a Return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Pack the rug securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship it back to us at the address provided.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method
  • This typically takes 5-10 business days after we receive the item
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued

Important Notes

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Custom-sized or special-order rugs are final sale
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges
If you’d like a different size or color, start a return and place a new order. This is the fastest way to get the rug you want.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that, the order may already be in processing.
